Another of the great Hoops cherry plum series. Marjorie and Sam Hoops were fabulous gardeners and would arrive at our place with these gorgeous flats of cherry plums. Each row of baskets was a different color ranging from dark red, through pink to yellow. All were highly superior from the normal cherry plums we were used to, sweeter, more favorable and very juicy. These are seedings from our pink fruited mother tree we propagated from their seeds. Vigorous, easy to grow trees are very productive of outstanding fruit for fresh eating canning or juice.
